Q&A 2 / HOW I STARTED YOGA? ❤ Q: Is yoga your primary way of exercising/staying in shape/toned? Do u do anything else? A: Nowadays I do mostly yoga but still every week some bodyweight or gym workout and running etc.. ❤ Q: How old were you when you started doing yoga and what made you want to start? A: It was many years ago when I tried yoga for the first time. At the beginning I did it occassionally, sometimes more and sometimes less. I really got into yoga last year and I started to practice it daily. When I started to do it at home I found a real connection to myself and it came a routine/habit for me. I have always loved the physical side of yoga but I found also the mental and more spiritual side in yoga and that made a big difference to me. ❤ Q: Are you a gymnast or ballerina? A: I did gymnastics till I was 15 years old. ❤ Q: How often do you recommend to do yoga to get results like yours?:) . A: It really depends. I have always been very sporty and my whole life I have done all kinds of sports almost daily. That has helped me a lot to learn different poses. But the main thing in yoga is not what poses you can do. When I started to practice just beacuse of practice itself and focus on my mind, I started to get physical results too. If you do yoga regularly, you will see improvement quite soon. The more you do, the more you learn. ☺
